 Scope of Works, 

 Dismantling of filling sukoon floors, shifting malwa and rearrangement of toilets and bathroom with complete cutting in wall for water line ,hanching with cement concrete for sewer line upto connection upto septic tank with making manhole ,gully trap also connection of water line up to water tank and complete testing to be made before plaster.

 Lump Sum contract Rs 10000/- for each bathroom. 

 for main building earth work excavation,laying pcc ,hanching with cement concrete over pipe ,cutting in wall for water line,wash basin,connection of water tank,rain water fitting,clamping in shaft ,cp fitting and testing etc.

 Lump Sum contract Rs 15000/- for ground floor

 Term and conditions: 1- payment as per progress of work seems at site.

 2- 5% security will deduction the complete amount for 3 month

. 3- the above work complete on labor work only .
